This place seems like a nice (on the outside) place to get inpatient care. But actually, the staff don’t care about your safety!! They will let people harass you, and act like it isn’t a big deal until you get visibly upset. It is impossible to “get better” when there are weirdos roaming and the staff does nothing unless you make it their problem. Like half of these places.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This program does nothing but enable bad behavior.
Compass health is in violation of HIPAA (45 CFR §164.524) I requested my medical records to be transferred to my primary care provider. I was told it should take 14 days. It has been about 4 months. Within that time I have made a couple more requests. I never hear back and I never get the medical records transferred. They are ignoring me completely. They are also ignoring my primary care provider who is also asking for records. It is vital that I receive these records but they simply won't give them up.
I wasted 10+ years of my life going in circles with these people. This Compass only ever lead me to the Bermuda Triangle of my mind. Is it me? Is it them? I have no idea, I only ever got confusion out of them.
