I have never been to this facility, I have affiliation with Compass health in Seattle. I do however have some things to say about the treatment of patients here based upon first hand knowledge. I think it's horrible that a case manager would ever tell a client that they are crazy, that's the last thing that someone with mental health issues needs to hear. Just another agency to flunk out the less fortunate. After the info call I had with them, it seems like they only exist to document and monitor them rather than help with anything.
Great staff they actually care for you and make sure you’re requirements are met counselors are very helpful I didn’t really talk to any of the other patients kinda wish they stayed on topic in groups and some of the female staff with purple hair kinda had a pissy attitude she doesn’t seem like she cared
Beautiful new building, great staff, overall a VERY pleasant change for mental health care! God bless!
