Well staffed. Excellent dental care. Been with them for 6+ years. Cindy, Sharina and Dr Lai are awesome !
Had a great visit at today. The receptionist Cindy was so kind and welcoming. Dr.Lai and team were great. I am an generally very nervous with dental appointments but Dr and team instantly put me at ease. They always go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Totally recommend Compass Dental Arts - Pacific Bay :)
My experience here is always amazing. Doctor Lai and the team are always professional, caring, and thoughtful. Sharina at the front desk is always super helpful and friendly. The clinic’s setup is super cozy, and always evolving. They refresh accommodations in waiting area every year. My oral health has been taken good care of. Highly recommend.
Have been coming here for 5 years. The team is wonderful and always a great experience from the moment you walk in! The admin, receptionist, hygenist and dentists are all professional. They take the time to examine, listen and discuss any concerns you have, I never felt being rushed to be done.
If you plan to do a major service here such as wisdom teeth removal, the price would be surprising even after insurance. After going out of network with Cigna, the bill gets even more crazy. But thanks for that crazy bill, I found other surgeons with reasonable price and realized it’s not a normal cost even in one of the most expensive areas in the world. Would recommend this place for rich people.
