Called for appt and told not taking new patients for the counselor I was interested in. Can go on a waitlist but plan 4 to 5 months before opening. When someone is seeking counseling they need the service now, not 4 months from now.

Compass Counseling is truly amazing. The staff and therapists are very friendly and welcoming. This is what every therapy office should strive to be like. No wonder they were voted Best in Summerville in 2023. Highly Recommended!!!!
Was scheduled twice to this company. The first 11 Aug 2023, appointment was at 1:30, when I got there the receptionist told they had call me to reschedule (not). He proceeded to give me an appointment on Monday.14 Aug 2023, at 400 p.m. He told me that it was his fault and I will have to reschedule for Thursday 17 Aug 2023 after taking off twice from my job.
