I emailed for an appointment with no replies after days, so then I called. I got a call back the next day and the person was very rude. I said I am just looking for a counselor, and they said that's not how it works and I needed a list of things wrong with me so they could help me.
Called for appt and told not taking new patients for the counselor I was interested in. Can go on a waitlist but plan 4 to 5 months before opening. When someone is seeking counseling they need the service now, not 4 months from now.
Such a great place with amazing staff!
Compass Counseling is truly amazing. The staff and therapists are very friendly and welcoming. This is what every therapy office should strive to be like. No wonder they were voted Best in Summerville in 2023. Highly Recommended!!!!
