I tried to communicate with this company over three months regarding renting residential property. Both Maryann and Nicole were slow in responding, were not able to give details or any straight answers. With managing properties in Ontario there is zero oversight (house sitting empty with garbage strewn inside from animals). Dismissive when questions were asked. I would think that as a PM company they’d strive to get their clients home rented. Google will not allow me to give them zero stars.
