I came here for a DOT physical. The person working at the front desk that checked me in was very nice and professional. I guess I was supposed to fill out something online before showing up for my appointment but my company never said anything to me about it. After telling him I didn't have any way of getting online to fill out the information he was nice enough to get me a computer to fill it out. He was a very nice individual.
The doctor was very rude and made multiple smart remarks. She laughed at my comments. She treated my injury like it was a joke.
David Durand DO is the absolute worst medical professional I've encountered in my life. I always knew that every graduating class of med school has a best in class and by default a worst in class. He is clearly the second of those 2 options.
