BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! DIRTY! INCONSISTENT CARE PLAN! I recently went to this office for my puppy's shots. I normally go to tracy but they were closed so I decided to try them out. 1st the receptionist in the front is totally rude. She forgot that the patients are the ones that pay for her pay check. 2 when I went to the room to be seen there was dog hair everywhere on the exam table and walls/floors were dirty. Companion Vet clinic provided the best experience for my senior dog Buddy who had to be put down Dr Simran and Joseph were real Angels who did everything in their heart to make this experience bearable and I also decided to take my other Sr dog who is needing TLC and so far they have done an awesome job my baby is looking healthy and im grateful that they are also budget friendly recommending what is necessary.
The associates at Companion Pet Hospital and very nice and really know how to take care of my dog. They are very knowledgable and you can tell that they love animals very much. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants good care for their animal.
I had recently bought a 15-month-old male Rottweiler from an AKC-registered breeder, with championship conformation parents and grandparents. My plan was to enter him into a dog show, and ultimately continue his gene line if, and only if, his conformations meet standards.
