I had to bring my doggie in for an emergency exam. Alex was very kind & compassionate and got me in right away. Dr. Kristi explained to need to be done The procedures were lengthy so the sent me home. I received a call I dreaded. When I arrived at the office; I went into room all to elk to discuss my worst fears…spleen cancer. Not a lot of time left. The office was very kind & compassionate. Not open during business hours! Their door says 8 am monday through Friday. Their hours online say the same, but the very rude girl at the door told me their hours say different on their actual website. 🙄 They don't actually open until ten. Decided to give these guys another chance after they were terrible with my larger breed dog. Figured they could at least help a cat. Nope, because they don't open until two hours later than what's posted on their door, on yelp, on Google, everything except their website. Horrible.
Save your pet and money from this place. First visit for same symptoms non emergency and prescription was eye cream for inflammation. In reality our dog has an infection which is causing eye inflammation and the half ass exam given missed the main problem. Second visit they want to bill as emergency to recheck. They say that the problem is now identified and want to overcharge for diagnostics (blood work and imaging $900). Our first time there and we were pleased. Vets were very attentive and took their time with us and our dog. Thank you so much and we will be back.
I’ve been bringing my 2 Cane Corsos since they were both puppies and the staff has always been great. My female Corso is more on the protective side but they have always been so patient with her until she felt safe and comfortable to start her visit. I will be moving back to the bay but will still be driving out here for all their appointments! Best vet out here.
