I had my puppy spayed at the Otsego location last week. The bill was very comparable to other nearby vets when I price checked and my actual bill was only a couple of dollars over what the estimate was. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. My puppy's stitches were very well done and tidy. They had asked me if I wanted her nails trimmed while she was under and I said no but they clipped them anyway and didn't charge me for it. I switched, from an unnamed vet, due to cost. $100 cheaper and no lectures like I was a 5 yr old pet owner. Kindness, cost efficient, wonderful place. Heck, even the other pet owners were friendly and helpful, helping get my dog into the office and others with helpful stories of their own experience.
The staff was friendly, but they asked if I wanted extra stuff like nail clipping and other, I said no thank you. they did it any way and charged me for it. Then when I brought her back for the distemper shot; I got recharged for the examination. They over charge and add fees to cushion their bill. Not a good thing, we will be going else where in the future. I felt like I was scammed and over charged.
THEY ARE THE BEST....I'VE HAD BIRDS AND GUINEA PIGS AND NOW A CAT..... THEY HAVE 2 OFFICES....DR. GREG IS THE BESTEST...AND HIS WIFE WENDY...AND THEIR WHOLE STAFF.....AWESOME PLACE.....I LOVE THEM ALL....
Didn't want to even give you 1 start rating. Companion you should be ashamed of you self your staff is beyond rude and you say on thing and do the other. Also you wanted 188$ when allegan also charged us $15. You guys are ripping.off your clients so bad.
