Companion animal was amazing with Tyson and seemed to like the staff. I felt very comfortable leaving him in their care!
My sweet Peanut was brought it on an emergency, but she was already deceased. The Dr gave her an X-ray and told me there would be no charge, he just wanted to give me a cause of death. I needed a copy of the X-ray due to her cause of death being suspicious of animal abuse and they told me since I didn't pay for it I can't have it. So, I offered to pay. And they still refuse. The lady on the phone in Otsego was extremely rude. And because of this insensitivity of this office, I will now take my other 2 dogs elsewhere.

This was our regular vet until yesterday when we rushed in there with our miniature dachshund in a full blown seizure and we're told "sorry the Dr is on lunch for 2 hours but you can go to Allegan, they take walk ins" as we're watching a family member foam and convulse uncontrollably. Thankfully 20 minutes later we got Allegan Vet and they were gracious and got her right in and taken care of. But Companion didn't lift a finger not even a call to the Dr or anything!
