I want to say thank you to the staff and especially to Ross that took care of everything to for my nephews funeral arrangements and get everything settled to send him to PR. He was very attentive and kept me informed the whole time. He knew how to handle every single detail from the moment that I contacted them. But what made this whole painful situation a little bit more easier was that they gave us the opportunity to say goodbye to him. I had an excellent experience, thank you so much for everything.
