The service is poor. Waited for our pizza to be served for over an hour, only to finally be told that the pizza dough wasn’t rising. We were not offered to place an order for something else or even offered to return for a complimentary pizza later. AND the manager made sure to tell us that it wasn’t our fault smh. Nothing about this was handled properly.
RecommendedOur pizzas were even better than expected, innovative and delicious, if pricey. Buddy’s is going to have to up their game!

Very expensive! $30 for a large pizza with 8 pieces? It was good but not fantastic. $12 for a burger with not even a garnish on the plate, no chips no fries. I would re-rate the cost at $$$ for the type of food offered. Limited menu, all al a carte. They sat 6 people in a very awkward booth that had very low back so not only were we crammed against each other, there was no back support. We had a fabulous time!!! and loved the outdoor patio and entertainment!!! We were "shipwrecked" but enjoyed our "baller" pizza!!!!
The booths are arranged terribly and extremely uncomfortable. The service was disingenuous. Worse then the poor seating was the food. Absolutely the worst meal I’ve ever had in Detroit. Period. I’ve been coming here for ten years. This is my first visit in a year. I am so disappointed!!! Change the name or close the doors. The patio is amazing and the pizza was great too! I really liked the meats (pepperoni and bacon). The pizza also has a good amount of sauce on it (I feel most places don’t give much). We’ll be back!
