Knowingly sold us a truck that should of never been sold when I questioned **** about when my transmission went out (the batteries and starter needed replaced as well) I repair on my dime it's a used vehicle I get it but transmission come on, then he acted like a little ***** and snuck out the door and left didn't want to talk to us. Had an excellent experience with Alex and Frankie as I purchased a truck from them and I live in Pennsylvania. They were very helpful in sending me extra pictures and videos. They portrayed the truck properly and was exactly what I expected when I arrived to pick it up. Great people to work with. All out-of-state title work was perfect and processed smoothly.
