I had an appointment today for 1:00 to get covid tested . I checked when I arrived at 12:45 and was told to wait in my car which i did . I sat there till 4:00 after trying to call to see why the wait was so long and got no answer . I drove off and then received a call 20 minutes later asking if I was still in the parking lot.. I informed them that no I was not and being there to get covid tested obviously I was sick so this time of waiting is ridiculous. I will never recommend this place to anyone!
Went today for an antibody test. After i arrived they rescheduled me for a later time because they were backed up. went home Came back for new appt 10 minutes early, checked in through text, answered questions via text, and received text confirmation to sit tight in car until a room is available. 30 minutes later received a text that i was taken out of queue because i had not checked in.i called, got to front desk, and call disconnected or hung up on almost immediately.

I brought my 18 yo son in this evening with a welding injury to both eyes. The receptionist refused care because he didn’t have an ID on him, even though I showed mine and agreed to pay. She showed not the slightest inkling of compassion or care to treat him, call an ambulance, or even refer us to the nearest hospital.
