I am disappointed with the lack of communication and thoroughness at this practice. Despite my clear requests for a sleep study and specific blood work to investigate ongoing fatigue, these needs were ignored. The office administration is equally problematic—prescriptions go uncalled, and I consistently encounter billing errors at check-in. I cannot recommend this office and have moved on to a provider that listens to their patients.

This place is terrible I was given a referral to a specialist that never called me for an appointment and when I called them they just said “oh we don’t know when you can be seen” so I called this office again and they told me they would send a new referral to a different specialist but I never received that referral in my email like they said. I had to see Dr. Tafari because my regular doctor, Dr. Isom, was unavailable, and he was the first available appointment. I've now seen Dr. Tafari on two different occasions, and both experiences were excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to address my concerns. I truly appreciated his compassion and the quality of care he provided. Even though he wasn't my regular physician, he made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I have been a patient with this practice for about six years. I originally went to the Newnan office and always had positive experiences there. After moving to Atlanta, my first visit to the Atlanta office was disappointing. The front office staff was unprofessional and rude, and it affected my overall experience. Even the nurse initially came across the same way, but after I spoke with her directly, she apologized, acknowledged that she was wrong, and corrected her behavior. They have reps who aren’t on the actual doctors office premises taking intake calls. I’m sure they’re busy. They should probably hire more staff…. But I’m sure hiring actual people in Atlanta to work there would be too sensical. Won’t do anything with a doctors office that outsources the front office… it is far too difficult to get real time responses, people who understand human health needs and not some protocol. If you can afford it, go somewhere else
