They have reps who aren’t on the actual doctors office premises taking intake calls. I’m sure they’re busy. They should probably hire more staff…. But I’m sure hiring actual people in Atlanta to work there would be too sensical. Won’t do anything with a doctors office that outsources the front office… it is far too difficult to get real time responses, people who understand human health needs and not some protocol. If you can afford it, go somewhere else

I love my, doctor Fatema Begum, she is very nice doctor and she is very friendly and happy all the time. when my children or Me need care we visit her, Me and my family the patients of her more than 4 years. She is very nice and friendly with Adult and with kids I recommend Dr, Fatema Begum to everyone.
Update May 2025: the new staff doesn’t answer the phones. I’ve called several days, during different times of the day and never could get anyone on the phone. This is frustrating especially when it is concerning my health. I waited on someone to answer for 10 mins and still no answer.
