I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the branches I have visited. When we had some issues with our account several years ago, we called the representatives and they ended up need to call us back. They actually called back when they said they would, they solved our problem quickly and effectively.
CACU is an amazing bank. Customer service is outstanding.
I love CACU, and I have been with them for over a decade. Every branch that I have visited has been very helpful and welcoming. Their online banking is exactly what I need, and their multiple ATMs around the metro are extremely helpful. Great customer service, and you have to love the year-end payout, too!

I have been with CACU since 2002 and everyone that I have dealt with over the years have been amazing and very kind. The employees at the Hy-Vee location in Blue Springs have been the best overall.
The Shawnee Mission Parkway branch has wonderful people working at it! A little over five years ago, just before Christmas, I went in to see about opening a trust fund or some type of an account annonamasly for a school family that had lost their dad.
