I’ve had Community America since I was 15 years old. Over a decade now! After the recent elections, a plethora of my friends were closing their national for-profit bank accounts once they saw where THEIR money was going. Every time someone would seek a recommendation, CACU was always ranted and raved about multiple times. I’m so excited that you’re finally putting branches in downtown KC (it’s been a long time coming!) ESPECIALLY excited for the Crossroads Branch. Keep up the good work, guys!
We switched to community America about 1.5 years ago and never looked back! So glad we have our mortgage, savings, and checking all in one place! Our kids (ages 2, 4, and 6) even have their sub accounts with community America.

One of the things that I love about community America is the consistency of amazing customer service. You asked us if we wanted to mention a certain branch but I cannot just pick one. Back when my credit score was really low you helped me raise it which allowed me to buy my house. Anytime I have questions your staff is always willing to help me. I cannot say enough good things about community America.
Love this bank. Currently go to the branch off State Line inside the Hy-Vee, always pleasant people working the counter and offering help at their super fancy ATMs. Just opened up a business account and Tim there was super helpful with figuring out what I needed and got things done quickly. Got a great mortgage rate when we refinanced with them years ago and PROFIT PAYOUT! Guys-they give you money just for banking with them.
My family has been members of CACU from the beginning, and there is great reason for this! Everyone is always so helpful. We finance everything through them and have multiple accounts and couldn't be happier.
I love Community America Credit Union! Kayla Goldman was extremely helpful to me in refinancing my vehicle at a much lower interest rate and in making other changes to my accounts to help increase my profit payout. Thanks for the great service!
In my opinion it would be impossible to pinpoint one branch or one certain employee. I have done business at several locations and am always greeted by a professional who’s only concern is to take care of my needs. Outstanding customer service!!!
