Have dealt with Community America several times and have had great customer service without fail. The location on Englewood Rd is always helpful. Love that it is inside Hyvee, very convenient
Community America is a great credit union. Have always had great service. When we were adopting our son 5 years ago, a branch manager even offered to give us clothes and baby stuff to help out. Prairie Village HyVee is my go to branch.

The rate on my savings account is outstanding, so I was so excited to learn I could keep and access my account through partner credit unions, even when I moved out of state! The mobile app makes all my banking a breeze and I’m alerted about suspicious activity right away. Couldn’t ask for anything better!
Shawnee Branch is amazing! We have had a few car loans and a mortgage loan through this branch and everything has been extremely stress free!

Our family has been banking with Community America Credit Union for years and love them! While we do some banking online, we prefer to do most of our transactions inside of our local branch, in Shawnee. Everyone is so polite. Especially Lauren! She doesn't just remember your face... she remembers your name. AND years ago, our son was wanting to take a class and was selling some of his photography to cover the cost. I’ve always been with credit unions, but the crew at the HyVee branch (79th/State Line) have been wonderful to work with for both personal and professional financial needs on many occasions. Plus, they’re so friendly to everyone as they walk into the store - even if you’re just there for groceries, they’ll say hello!
