Everyone I have ever worked with has gone above and beyond to understand the situation and help as much as they could. This is a banking institution with employees that actually care about people.

The West Olathe branch has great Customer service. They are all attentive to any questions I've had, and they work until the problem has been fixed. We have all of our accounts here and switched from another national banking system. This was the best switch we've ever made because of the amazing customer service. We appreciate you all! I had given up on banking with an actual person until we came to CACU.
