I always use the branch on Noland Rd in Independence. Every time my wife or I go in there we are always greeted with a friendly face. They take time to talk to you and go over what plan would work best to achieve your goals. This is the best bank we have ever dealt with. They make you feel like family instead of just another client.

I had been looking for a personal bank for a while and then I found CACU , Shawnee mission parkway Branch; Love all the people who work there but big shout outs to these special people- Stephanie for being a great Manager Lauren and Juan for being the best at everything they do.. they are no longer the people who work at the bank they are good friends.. CACU is the best bank ever! The customer service is exceptional, especially at the drive thru at the Shawnee, KS bank. The on-line banking is great, you have great rates, great website and I plan on banking there forever. Love looking forward to the Profit Payout each January.
