Do not go here! They will submit the claim to the wrong insurance even though you give them your new insurance multiple times! Then they will send you to collections and threaten to garnish your wages because of their mistakes!! A year and a half later they are supposedly fixing it but that's after dealing with a very rude billing rep named Mallory!! If she hates her job so much and wants to be nasty to customers she should find a new profession!! Thank you
I have been going to community urgent care since I was a teenager and I could not recommend Dr. Yeager and his staff enough. Especially Mallory, she is absolutely wonderful and goes above and beyond! Years ago, I moved over 30 minutes away from CUC but I still make the drive to Madison bc I love this office so much. My parents still go here as well and now my husband has become a patient too! Highly recommend

I love Dr Yeager and his staff. They have been so incredibly kind to our family. We've had a few hard years, and every person there has treated us with care and compassion. Office staff knows us by name. Nurses know our histories and anticipate our needs. Dr Yeager knows about our family struggles and asks about our older daughter's fight with cancer, our son's migraine treatment progress, our younger daughter's health. Dr. Yeager and staff are by far the best I've ever had. I'm almost 53 years old and I've always "disliked" every doctor in my life until Dr. Yeager. He is honest and caring and just a really nice guy. And a very competent and knowledgeable doctor. His staff is wonderful! I feel blessed to go to Community Urgent Care of Madison- Dr. Yeager when my family and I need to! And it's right down the street from my house.
