This was my first time ever at urgent care. It was a surprisingly great experience. They took care of my concern in a timely professional manner. Everyone there, was wonderful. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful, reassuring me that I would be well cared for by the doctor, which I was.
In and out in less than an hour -- including x-rays -- for a sprained ankle. The location is really convenient as we live nearby but it's also right across from BART. The staff is super nice, they all went above and beyond to make me comfortable and give me all the information I needed. I saw Denise (nurse practitioner) who was particularly awesome.
