They don't protect your sensitive personal and financial information. They've sent my bank details, SSNs, etc. over unencrypted email, and used Google Forms (not a secure service) for new customer intake info. Avoid CTN if you care about privacy.
Out of business? I closed on a house with this location. They failed to gain a seller signature. I have emailed without a response. And the phone number goes to a dead line.
Community Title Network failed me as a homebuyer. While completing closing paperwork at their office, they clearly understood my status as a first-time homebuyer but ultimately did not help me properly fill out the required forms, submitting incomplete ones to the DC Recorder of Deeds.
