One of my favorite thrift stores in Pittsburgh. It is huge so be prepared to spend a little time in there. I found a brand new food dehydrator for a few bucks and was super happy to bring it home.
what happened? – This store was on and uphill swing went from stinky to almost pleasant smelling. I don't know what happened but in the past month in a half store has been on a steady decline, way overpriced, merchendise is starting to look as if it came from a dumpster. staff is not helpful and look miserable.
Just okay... – This thrift store is just okay. Kinda smells (like moth ball and sick people), and is not the cleanest. Clothes are not the greatest (not many brand names, etc). Tons of furniture, but it's very difficult to actually inspect it- they have it all piled on top of each other on one end of the store. Tons of books.
