Zero stars. 2 months of calls, 45 minute hold times, wrong dept picking up, placing me back on hold for 10-15 more minutes, coming back to say nobody from enteral Dept is available but they would email them requesting they call me back to address supply reorder issues. Emails sent using their online contact form also do not invoke a response. Complaint to Better Business Beureau does get community Surgical Supply to respond...TO THE WRONG PATIENT WITH SOMEONE ELSES HIPAA PROTECTED INFORMATION. Which means my daughter's right... read more
