This place is awful, customer service is awful, managers are abusive. Talked  to the CEO he has no pride in his organization.  They don’t care about your health.  Seek other suppliers they are smaller and more interest in your mask fitting and more.   Regards and be well.

I've dealt with CSS for years. They used to be better. I've spent the past two months trying to get them to send me the correct CPAP machine. I even offered to meet at their address to make the exchange. Two weeks in a row, no one returned my calls. I finally spoke to a supervisor named "Temple" who promised that someone would deliver to me later that day. No one called. No one showed up. Since then I've called her three times with no response. If I end up sick from using bad Philips equipment, CSS will be included in the la... read more

TL: if you need to breathe and want functioning equipment go elsewhere... My mother is 74yrs old and oxygen dependent (COPD emphazema asthma) and has other frailties that make her unable to lift more than 2 or 3 pounds. She needs to use 4L portable oxygen to walk (and then has a big concentrator at home to sleep with). Add a mask for covid and she has to turn the oxygen up to 5L sometimes even 6L. She has been with community as her supplier for over 10yrs. For about the same amount of time she has been a snowbird because whe... read more

This company works like a huge corporation where everyone's job is to kick you down the line to another irresponsible rep. Their favorite word is "I apologize" They never return messages They send things to wrong address and then they bill for it. It takes them literally 2 months to send a correct doctor's prescribed parts, after spending hrs on the phone begging for it and it arrives incomplete, so I cannot use it. They can't track their own UPS shipments

This company has no idea how to run a business. I’ve had to call 15 times for sending me the wrong CPAP machine, then a week later sending me a machine with no heated tubing or the necessary adapter to use it at all. Every time I call, I’m put on hold for a half hour and when they do pick up the phone, they transfer you to another department. Not to mention, they charged me for supplies that weren’t even delivered to me. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!

Headgear clip on my CPAP mask got broken. I called Community Surgical Supply to order a new clip or a new headgear as I couldn't use my broken one. Ten days later - no order, not even an order confirmation. I called them to check on the order but it turned out they were contacting wrong doctor for the prescription. I was not even notified that I would need a prescription to reorder new supply . I confirmed with them the correct doctor contact info. Anyway, two days passed - no order confirmation. Called again - they suppose... read more

I used this company for 3 years for my CPAP supplies and their customer service is horrible. Last June I was sent the wrong mask with my order. Here we are February and they have since then sent me another order that was wrong and I am do for another one next week. I have been on the phone over a dozen times and been told we will send you the right supplies after you send the wrong ones back in the provided box we are ending you. Well this has been going on for over 8 months and I still have the same mask that leaks like cra... read more

Zero stars. 2 months of calls, 45 minute hold times, wrong dept picking up, placing me back on hold for 10-15 more minutes, coming back to say nobody from enteral Dept is available but they would email them requesting they call me back to address supply reorder issues. Emails sent using their online contact form also do not invoke a response. Complaint to Better Business Beureau does get community Surgical Supply to respond...TO THE WRONG PATIENT WITH SOMEONE ELSES HIPAA PROTECTED INFORMATION. Which means my daughter's right... read more
