Very disappointed in this place.. i had back surgery here 3 weeks ago and i still haven't heard from anybody.. i tried calling but got directed to my surgeons office and i called them friday!!! I still havent heard from any of them.. i know im supposed to call but why do they refer to it as a "follow up" if nobody is even contacting me .. so thumbs down for that'!!
A shout out to both Kathy and Alice, on the fourth floor. I was in room 403, bed A, from 5/24 - 5/27. I understand it's their jobs to take care of me, but I want to thank both of them for making me feel like I'm their only patient. I went in throwing up blood and got out with a second chance at life. My only regret is that I didn't have a before picture of me going in looking like Death and an after picture, coming out a Man. I've already made a pledge, to "pay it forward". I would limp my broken ass to Clovis before re-visiting Fresno Community.
