I have been trying to get an afternoon appointment since August in one of their outpatient centers. I am sub teacher and my school district will not let me go. I have to work until my duty day ends or I do not get paid. Plus I am very hesitant to visit this particular outpatient center because the nursing staff is rude, the educator bad mouthed my doctor and said my insurance was crap. If it happens again I will cancel any and all appointments that I have with crmc.

Some staff care here - some don’t. Visiting your loved one is becoming more and more difficult after hours. Community Regional Medical Center should be ashamed of their practices to prohibit family members from seeing their moms, dads, wives or husbands who need their emotional support the most. The wait in your ER is awful. Wife came in with chest pains. 3 EKG’s from just 3 days ago from Fresno Community, and our doctor recommending we go to Clovis because Fresno community should not have sent her home since she had a heart attack at 32. We have sat in The waiting room for 5 hours. Little to no communication. Just awful service. We will NOT be returning here ever again. You and you staff should feel ashamed.

the doctors were very nice the staff but the only thing that I didn't like was after they ran the test I said 4 /hours before I can see the doctor again that was the only complaint that I have other than that the staff in the doctor was excellent
