As someone from the NYC/New Haven area, who's lived in the south for 4 years... This is the first time I've had something that claimed to be NY Style, that was actually good, genuine NY Style! And they have a separate gender neutral bathroom! The service was spectacular, even with how busy they were. They were ultra accommodating of my friend who has a handful of food allergies, the waitstaff were all super friendly, and we got out food quick!
This place sucks the pies are nasty and no where near a New York pie the size is right but that's it the waitress was nice but the food taste like poo poo

Great pizza, great gelato, awesome beer selction, and cool atmosphere. A personal favorite.
I grew up in New Jersey eating local pizza from mom-and-pop shops before the big chain pizza places came along, so I'm hard to please. It's difficult to find what I consider authentic pizza these days, particularly in the South, but Community Pie knocks it out of the park. It's real pizza!
Homemade pasta is hard to find these days--but it's sooo good at Community Pie. You don't *have* to order pizza every time you visit!
