Community had the nerve to tell me my insurance was in network. I got there. I stood in front of the office staff for a full minute before they acknowledged me. Only after I said "hello!" , did I get their attention because they had headphones in. I handed them my insurance card. They checked me in, KNOWING my vistit wouldn't be covered. Every doctor I go to always has the front office double check to make sure they are in network. I complain to the office about their lazyness and they tell me I need to pay the bill. I’ve always had a good experience with this location but my experience today was unbelievable. I have an ankle brace and have a scheduled surgery next month but do not have a handicap placard yet. Traffic was horrible but I got to the office 8 min late only to find that they had no available parking spots. I even went all the way back to the park knowing that the walk would not be possible. Overall I enjoy Dr B, NP Kelley and Alex. Very relatable and genuine. My interactions with the front desk and MAs are hit and miss. I am not a fan of the haphazard way BP/vitals are completed. I'm thankful my NP sent Mary in to do my final read! She was personable and understood my frustration. Thanks Mary!
We took our daughter here on 01/08/25 to see the pediatrician (Dr. Carlino) for a 9 month well check. The office is clean, the front desk staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The wait time was short. We absolutely loved Dr. Carlino, and additionally we’re so impressed with her medical assistant, Andrea, as well. We are thrilled to have found a sufficient pediatrician for our daughter here in Indiana.
Dr. sliva was extremely helpful and kind. He is a very good doctor. I would recommend him to everyone. He was kind and patient and understanding. We had a very good experience at this clinic.
