I’ll probably find another physician. I’ve been 2 times 1 month a part. And the front desk lady Teresa is who I spoke to both times unfortunately. Rude as it gets. No emotion. Communication was short and vague. When I walk into an office. I expect to be greeted by a smiling face, or someone with slight excitement to see a patient. I’ve been trying to call today for a same day appointment, the current time is 7:57am. The out of office hours are stating it’s close. Answer the phone.

Both my wife and I are health care professionals and have never experience such poor care, either as a patient or with colleagues. Since the beginning of April, my wife has left four messages and called to discuss a health concern, to date there has been zero response, this is totally unacceptable regardless of the current workload, at the very least, four weeks is plenty of time to respond to a patient concern. Dr. Watkins and Dr. Arrata are both phenomenal. Both take time to listen to your problems and their first reaction is never to throw pills at you. The office staff is also great! Very friendly and helpful.
