Nice, couldn't help me I went to Dr. Evangelista after the orthopedic surgeon in the group couldn't help me. Dr. E. is a "pain management specialist." Which to me sounds like they can't really fix the problem but will try to help you live comfortably with it. Unfortunately the standard treatments for my back (physical therapy and epidural steroid injections) didn't work. Dr. E. provided a medication that I was wary of because of reported side effects.
