Wonderful people doing excellent work. I've worked for CEICMH for a number of years, and can't imagine myself anywhere else. My time in school wasn't necessarily guided to work at CMH but once I started here at an entry level position I realized that I had found a home and a place to develop into a career. Genuine people working hard and dedicating themselves to long hours and difficult challenges to help the folks we support.
I was scared,alone,out of my mind. Your team was there for me and you always will be. You saved me from myself. Thank you for being there. The help is not there if you do not participate. Hang in there this is a great and safe place for anyone who wants help. ���
Took my significate other there because he was having suicidal thoughts Only for them to put him in a room and ignore us for over an hour, Took me all morning to convince him to even go in for help and when someone is in that state of mind throwing them in a room and ignoring them for over a hour is the Worst thing people should do to someone crying out for help.. He finally got mad and refused to stay any longer Now I'm still looking for answers or directions to take him in....I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN....
My friend and former client made a complaint that her afc home manager went to the store while leaving the women alone, when she came home, my friend smelled alcohol on her breath. She told her cm, who told APS. Now the manager is trying to force her to put in her 30 day notice to move out. However she has a guardian. And the guardian hasn't been told. I told her to call recipient rights. I'm not sure what recourse she has, but i know that what they are doing is illegal. Help?
