I had a very frustrating experience with this office. My psychiatrist sent me a letter stating I needed to reschedule within a week, so I made multiple attempts to contact them. I called for four days in a row and selected the option for current patients needing to reschedule, but it repeatedly looped me through the same automated system without ever connecting me to a real person. I also tried reaching out through MyChart, but the system would not allow me to send a message unless the office contacted me first, which made i... read more
I love my care team, but I do wish the people answering the phones were nicer. It makes you feel kind of crummy, especially when you're calling for mental health. I appreciate everyone and their duties in the office, it's just upsetting.
Friendly and helpful front desk, great support from psych and therapy. Highly recommend
