First time I came here was for my gallbladder to be removed. What should’ve been a simple procedure and should have been discharged the next day... I was here for 11 days! Now my second time here with Covid is at record highs in NJ and the nurses are putting patients 1 door away from each other. BETTER SERVICE. ER WAIT TIMES ARE BELOW SUB STANDARD UNDERSTAFFED IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. THESE ARE THE SIGNS OF POOR MANAGEMENT AT ALL LEVELS.
RecommendedThe Emergency Department staff are very caring and professional. I was a patient there yesterday and though the ER was extremely busy the staff took the time to deliver excellent care.

Over the last few months I have been in the ER, Observation third floor as well as the cardiac cath dept outpatient. Except for a few minor complaints the Dr.s, nurses and techs have been wonderful. I have no complaints with the professionalism and medical management I received while there.

So I’ve been sitting at the hospital for about four hours with massive stomach and head pain I’ve asked 3 nurses or whatever they are for water because I don’t feel good and like I said 4 hours! I asked one of the nurses how long and she brushed me off and never even got back to me about my question I had to ask again and I had to give a little attitude because I shouldn’t be asking questions twice and on top of that she thought It’d be okay to sit down and eat some popcorn and drink some juice when there about 15+ patients ... read more
I was on 3rd floor , staff was amazing very friendly and made you feel comfortable the time.
By far the worst hospital in the USA. My father was treated poorly. I had 5 phone calls that never got returned. They were rude, nasty and evasive. They let my Dad die alone on April 2, 2020. I don't know if got last rights. I was not given the opportunity to be with him, or informed of his condition. He contracted a pnumonia there. He was admitted for a minor condition. I would not let a dog go there. The worst place by far. Stay away.
Hands down this is the worst and nastiest uncaring hospital that i have ever been in. They lost all of my meds. heart meds at that and refused to help me with there mistake. I asked to speak to the administration dept. and was told no!! and I was also sent home with a very high blood sugar but again they just don't care!!!! 😵😵😵
This Hospital treated me great and my stay was phenomenal! Particularly the Labor and Delivery department and ICU department. I honestly can't think of any complaints. My heart is filled with thanks and appreciation for the good work the Doctors, nurses, care assistants, housekeepers and dietician has given me. It's so much to write, I'd rather talk about it.
