I was on the 3rd floor quarantine for 32 hours and thank God I didn't have the covid virus. But I have to give them folks all the credit in the world. They bust their butts to make sure everything goes as it should. thank you 3rd floor. On the other hand 2nd floor, huh not so much.
The greatest and very caring and attentive in Medical Care.
I delivered my first baby here and it was a perfect experience from start to finish! I had a thought in mind of how I wanted things to go and my wishes were respected immediately by the staff. The nurses were amazing and attentive and my husband and I were blown away by the level of care and security provided. I highly recommend Dr. Valerie Knudsen and Community Medical Center!
Your billing department is awful. Could not be worse. You don't send bills for months or years, in some cases first notice a bill even exists is when it goes to collections.
I was wronged by advanced pain and spine I was a patient of Dr Kemple I had several surgeries done without prior pre authorization. I was told this was done by his office before every procedure. Therefore, causing me mental anguish harm as a patient against ama code of ethics. They refused to forward medical necessity for claims appeal. If you want further information on his breach of duty I can provide you a copy of ama code of ethics for medical professionals. Furthermore, I had the same experience with advanced imaging no... read more
My daughter came in and received the worst care imaginable! She had severe abdominal pain and was there for 7 hours! During that time, she was treated with utter disrespect and asked to take her own stool sample as she rocked in pain. She was diagnosed with severe stomach flu and left. A week later, she was air lifted to Sacred Heart Cardiac ICU from St. Patrick’s hospital. You failed in her care, misdiagnosed her and the nurse on duty did not let her talk! I am appalled by the treatment she received and plan on taking this ... read more
Extremely frustrated with the billing department. I have had multiple procedures done at Community and do not have a history of not paying. I had a procedure done in June and have been making adequate payments on it monthly (my bill has gone down by $600+). But...because I did not call to set up a payment plan instead of just making payments, I got sent to collections even though my last payment was less than a month ago. I have had amazing doctors at Community, but because of this, I will never be back.
Best surgery and nursing staff ever. They supported my attempt to not use narcotic pain meds during recovery of a colon resection do over from a failed one. Dr. Acher not only showed his unmatched talents and skills on me, he is friendly, answers your questions, and responds to you personably. The nurses are kind, prompt and do the very best to help you to recover as fast as possible. The whole experience was the best one I have had and I have had 9 surgeries in Missoula. A huge thanks to the nursing staff and Dr. Acher with... read more
