A huge thank you to the second floor nurses and doctors who worked this past week feb 14-17 2018. My father was placed into comfort care on that floor and they were extremely compassionate and caring for our family. He was very well taken care of along with our entire family. Thank you for helping during such an emotional time
I have been here a thousand times since I moved to the Zoo. Never in my life have I been served by such an efficient, kind, and supportive staff. Due to a surgery at the other hospital, one of my family was seen in their ER. Let's just say, NEVER going back there if I can help it. Not so efficient as you! Best emergency room team ever. Thank you so much for serving our family so well!!
I sent this email to the administration at CMC and I did receive a call from Theresa, who listened to me and assured me they were doing better training, although didn't really offer any specifics. I am publishing this review here because I want others to know what happened to me. It was a violation; and it's important for me that others know the terrible quality of care I received here. Labor and Delivery and Mother/Baby unit staff are amazing! I delivered my third baby over the weekend (first baby here). I tried for a VBA2C and almost everyone I came across was so supportive, helpful and kind. I just had an issue with one of the OBs but it was just because we disagreed on stuff. I've never been treated with this much kindness at a hospital before.
Dr. Holexa & Jons and all of the pediatric staff were so caring towards my daughter and also a very distraught me. Nurses were all amazing, caring and attentive.
Dr Fredrick Tai, is a doctor who likes to bully his patients, dosent hear them , just follow his orders no matter if you have concerns, have had problems with getting out to see a doctor , after him , I'll just stay away from all of them
Took my wife in because she had trouble breathing and lung inflammation from inhaling a cleaning powder. The Dr. did nothing but recommend stopping the anti-inflammatory meds she was already given, and ignored her high blood pressure. High pressure for my wife was "perfect for the ER!" 3hrs later at discharge, the EMT/Nurse took BP again, and it would be considered high for the baseline 120/80.
