There are many great providers at Community, but their billing department/contractor is incompetent (or just doesn't care). We were incorrectly billed for well child visit/vaccination. Have called the billing service multiple times. They have admitted it is a problem they created and have said they will fix it. But we keep getting bills. It has been a *YEAR AND A HALF* -\-\ and they still have not resolved it. I gave birth at Community Medical Centre and they were so lovely. I was having bi weekly appointments with Dr. Holbrook and Dr. Faucett from 33 weeks onward because baby was suffering from IUGR. They were so kind and helpful. My OB, Dr. Miller, was very calming and informative. I was induced at 38 weeks and everything went smoothly. Until the night after I gave birth and he was in the NICU. Went to CMC outpatient for blood work and xrays. Sat in the waiting room for nearly 40 minutes before I was taken back for an X-ray. It was not busy that morning,so not sure why it took so long, only a couple of others in the waiting room , one went to X-ray when I got there the other one was patiently waiting when I left. I’ve always gone to St. Pat’s/ Western Montana Clinic lab where you are in the waiting room maybe 10 minutes at the most .I will be going to St. Pat’s from now on.

I had the best experience with my surgery yesterday! From my preop with Theresa, to OR with my nurse Ellie and my anesthesiologist, to PACU with Mary, and back to phase 2 recovery with Kirsten and Mindy everyone was so kind and efficient. I never doubted I was in excellent hands! I can't remember the name of my anesthesiologist, but he did an amazing job! I usually suffer from pretty bad nausea after surgery, but I'm about 24hours out of surgery and not even a whiff of nausea! Thank you to the entire team! Oh, and I can't le... read more

I was seen at the CMC ER on May 11. I ended up staying a night in ICU and another night on the Med/Surg floor. The doctor recommended staying the extra night to do another test. After over 24 hours of sitting in my room I still had no diagnosis, prognosis or instruction by my doctor. I reached out to the patient relations person who promised two emails and a letter which never came. I sent an email to the CEO about the situation and to date, he has not replied. I have used CMC for over 40 years and I will no longer be back. ... read more
