Poor front office billing staff. I was told today at my appointment incorrect balances between our accounts. Was told per billing manager will fix accounts then someone else comes in between rudely, lol tries to look intimidating and tells me a whole different story of our billing account. Unfortunately they don’t know how to explain billing. Asked my entire account printouts so I can take home and match with EOBs. Paid my account. They can eat the money. This place is the best! Both my wife and I see Dr. Ramirez, and he is one of the best family Drs we have ever had. The nurses and other staff have always been top notch, the place is always welcoming and clean. No complaints from either of us, we absolutely love Community Medical Center

Awesome love them there all very nice very professional Careing first doctors office I’ve ever been to that actually care about there patients he’s simply amazing as well as his staff
I recommend highly. Courteous staff, and Doctor interested in putting together a plan for a healthier future. Not all about pills either. I like that, and I liked him very much.!
