Kim is extremely organized and helpful. She is an excellent manager. She helps to keep chaos and intense discussions during board meetings under control. She knows condo law, and she refers to our documents often.
Kim Johnson was a very knowledgeable, organized and fair manager when she worked with our condo community. She has also been extremely helpful in regards to other condominium issues, and she is very responsive to calls, emails, texts etc. around the clock and seven days a week.
