Mismanagement company is awful. There is never a follow up. The grounds are always unattainable. We’re paying a maintenance person anywhere from 35 to 40 hours a week to maintain the facilities that does nothing but sitting in his office smoking cigarettes. If I could give zero stars, I would. It is extremely concerning that a management company continues to collect maintenance fees from owners while failing to provide even basic upkeep. The condition of the grounds is unacceptable, and the amenities are consistently neglected and poorly maintained. This management company is lackluster. The manager and owner of the company never walks her condo communities nor does she follow up we’ve had outstanding items since 2024. Our last board of our condo association was looking to terminate this company. Our current board is on hold with this company. There was never a follow up. There is nothing but nastiness and there is no professionalism nor following the typical Condo laws.
You can tell just by driving through, the exterior is poorly maintained. Considering what is being collected and paid for by everyone, a change in management is obviously the only real solution. Basic upkeep and maintenance is the bear minimum any management company can provide. It's time for them to go.
Kim is extremely organized and helpful. She is an excellent manager. She helps to keep chaos and intense discussions during board meetings under control. She knows condo law, and she refers to our documents often.
