Warning!! Do not do business with Community Management, Kim and her staff are very rude and unprofessoinal. They will charge you $100 to do a criminal background and tell you that your not qualified for in apartment and not give you a copy or tell you why you were denied even though you have a clean record and never was denied on any background check before. By law they are supposed to give you a copy within 3 days and tell you the reason you were denied. I will talk to a lawyer about this and report them to BBB.
Update 2023. The Mismanagement Continues. You would think they would learn from all their past mistakes; instead, they continue. Watch out for this one! If you speak your mind and point out flaws, they will sic their lawyers (the ones who also have poor reviews) on ya! They will not admit to their mismanagement and will use political tactics for revenge. Our pool was peeling and turning green, see pic, and Pasco Health Department threatened to shut it down.
