I live in Highland Park condominium and the properties are managed by CMI. While its slogan is "YOUR PROPERTY - OUR MANAGEMENT", they do the least for the property! They hire cheap and unqualified people for landscaping and maintenance. Trees are overgrown, out of place, and squirrels are all over the roofs and attics. Those who hire them are irresponsible and are in CMI's pocket for whatever reason! Completely awful company to deal with and customer service is terrible. Everything brought up is a struggle or a fight. Employees are condescending, rude, and make no attempt to work with the condo homeowners who have been living in their community for 20+ years. Anything we bring up to this HOA is flatly rejected and if you push back even a little, they play the lawyer card and then comes a firestorm of "violations" that are are against the community bylaws. Condescending. Unresponsive. Incompetent. Charges fees for services not delivered. Blames resident clients. Have documented for condo board. Offering them referrals with forensic accounting colleagues due to CMI's stewardship, or lacks thereof. Would use negative star count if possible.
