I live in Highland Park condominium and the properties are managed by CMI. While its slogan is "YOUR PROPERTY - OUR MANAGEMENT", they do the least for the property! They hire cheap and unqualified people for landscaping and maintenance. Trees are overgrown, out of place, and squirrels are all over the roofs and attics. Those who hire them are irresponsible and are in CMI's pocket for whatever reason!
