Sarah is a great manager!! Rather than 5 stars, I would give her 8 stars!! Ever since she came on with us she has always been extremely helpful, always going the extra mile to help. Being President of an HOA is taxing, and it is just wonderful to have the back-up of Sarah.

My experience with Community Management revealed serious issues, especially within the Training Department, led by Amanda Roubique and Jordan Mann, which I found combative. The transition to a new software system over a year ago exposed poor staff training and lack of support. The company adopts a dismissive "employee at will" approach rather than addressing key issues.
