They sent out violations to the majority of residents in a neighborhood still in the construction phase. This company just took over our HOA responsibilities and a majority of violations are privacy fences that was previously approved by the prior HOA management company. My fence was permitted and approved by the City of Biloxi. It is extremely difficult to contact them for resolution.
