The worst management company I have ever dealt with. Our community was taken over by them when the previous company sold. The representatives are useless and unable to handle basic issues. I’ve been trying to get something handled for over a year and it is a struggle. Do NOT choose them as your HOA company if you can help it. Unfortunately, we have no choice.
They did come into a HOA in the hole with most owners owing dues up to 3 years back. They managed to get this straight even with resistance from the prior CAM and inadequate records. This brought the HOA on the path to proper operations. Based on indifferences in operations though the HOA chose to go with another agencies after several years of operations with CMA. The obtaining of past dues was outstanding.
The HOA person, Babs Rouse at The Verandas of Freeport is extremely difficult to deal with.
Current situation of how they handle builders in Lagrange Landing
The worst management company ever! Borderline criminal and most definitely negligent. It has taken a year to get our COA back in order after firing CMA!
