Bentwater CMA manager intentionally committed election fraud by allowing a Board Member who had "personal issues" with me be the moderator. 100% accurate. CMA cares nothing for the tenants they purport to protect. Avoid this company at all costs.
CMA manager called my wife and harassed and threatened her with litigation before any facts were presented. A formal complaint was written and the HOA president ignored it. The CMA manager lied by omission at my appeal hearing and still, no consequences. The CMA main office refuses to answer my requests regarding code of ethics policy and sending my a copy. The CMA main office defends my CMA manager even when they have the facts about her behavior towards a homeowner. Zero leadership at this company.
