Waited 7 weeks for an insurance pre-auth and still no ETA. I keep being told it's in progress but it's been two months to just submit a piece of paperwork. I don't know what's going on at this office but I pray somebody notices this review and files the paperwork that should have been sent in August. This is shameful for a medical provider and makes it very hard to believe that important patient care will be high quality.

I generally like this office but I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone in the office or my primary care provider in weeks. Not sure what is going on. Every time I call I get voicemail, every time I leave a message on the portal it's unanswered.
