Receptionist is extremely rude and petty. Drove from Avon all the way out here to be seen (during rush hour traffic) and walked in the door at 5:12 to be told I could not be seen that it is a 10 minute grace period. Had I of not had an elderly woman and her daughter in front of me I would have checked in on time. And the receptionist had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule?!
