I would give you zero stars if it were possible. What you are trying to do to Dr. Michael Ritchie is disgusting and deplorable. The man is the best doctor you have practicing by a very wide margin. I hope selling your souls to the Cleveland Clinic is worth it for you...I know there are 11,000 other patients of Dr. Ritchie that feel the same as me. You will never see another dime from my family, and I am just getting started with advertising this injustice on your behalf.
The registration department needs to get their act together. Horrible experience there this morning. That couldn't find my labs that were sent over 2 ago. Couldn't get my name correct. I couldn't wait for them to call doctors office at 8:30 have to be at work at 8. NowI don't have anytime to get my labs done
