You do not want to know what I think of this hospital. On July 31st I made an attempt to take my life. While strapped to a bed and sedated in the ER , officer Todd Everling entered my room, and began fondling me, and attempting to sexually assault me. When I broke free if my restraints on one side, and fought back, he proceeded to beat me severely. At which point he called other people into the room. Great team of staff!�� Always loving and caring�
If you ever have to have a knee, hip, or shoulder joint replaced, I HIGHLY recommend going to the new Joint Care Unit at Community Howard. Everyone from pre-op through surgery, Dr Holland (surgeon). Dr Marti (anesthesia), and all the nurses, techs, and therapists have gone above and beyond. All the staff on the new inpatient joint care unit are extremely friendly and helpful and they have a regimented program to get you up and moving and doing your therapy. They even had a class before surgery to help you know what to expect... read more
Had recent outpatient ankle surgery and felt well taken care of from start to finish. Janet in registration, Jami M and Christy N in pre-op, Dr Knott, the Drs Keyes and OR staff (Chris) and post-op nurse (sorry - didn't catch her name) all deserve a special shout out. Thanks everyone for a very positive experience!
They really was fast and figure out what was wrong
I took my grandson in not sure if his toe was broke or not. When we pulled up on the parking lot, I just knew we'd be here for hours by the amount of cars. I got him a wheelchair and we walked inside. To my surprise, there was noone waiting, so we got directly seen to. They took us back to a room and literally 45 minutes later we were headed home. 4 times they have double billed me. I have the proof I paid them and have to send and resend it to them. They have a serious bookkeeping problem that borders on criminal.
I liked Dr. Spangler. He was personable and attentive with a good sense of humor.
