This hospital does not care. Went to visit a friend on the 5th floor neurosurgery today 10/20/2019 and not one nurse came to check on her in the hour and 30 minutes I was there. she said that she was sitting in wet bedding since this morning. nurses were rude when I asked for new bedding and supplies to clean her up. nurses were also very rude and my husband and I heard some conversations from the bursing station that should never happen in a professional setting. I am very disappointed in the quality of care she is recievin... read more

I will start by saying I’m generally a huge, huge fan of CHN! We’ve been treated very well with my severe medical issues. Talented, smart and generally amazing care team. Today... today was a horrible catastrophe though. My doctor sent me over from his office and after waiting for more than an hour in the ER waiting room, we decided to leave because I needed help pretty immediately - after all, that’s why he sent me there. Unfortunately, we were unable to actually leave because the valet disappeared for more than 30 minutes.... read more
