Our first daughter was in the NICU for 36 days and our nurses were amazing. You would of thought it was their kid. We are currently here after having our 2 daughter on Friday, and it has been a great experience.
My genetic counselor was great but the reception staff was pretty cold there and downstairs when I stopped in another office to ask directions. I work reception at another Community facility and this totally goes against how we treat patients. I was very disappointed. I know people are busy but they are the first encounter the patient has.
I love the hospital was nice the doctors are nice and very informational
In and out, within 2 hours, had a cat scan and blood work drawn in ER. They were very nice and polite..
The whole staff was so nice and did everything they could to accommodate me and my family. I'd recommend anyone to come to this hospital!
