Too bad their administration is all about what is known publicly. I tried to volunteer and couldn’t get a response from upper admin after a 10year working relationship

It is now 6am. We have been here since 11pm. Haven’t seen the doctor in over 3 hours and we buzzed the nurse 20 minutes ago and nothing. My guys in pain and no one will help him.
I recently went to the ER and I came home to look at my discharge papers and they’re not mine. I have the papers/diagnosis/info on another person! So does she have mine? I called the ER to tell them and they said someone will call me back but they never have. I have her “delicate” information, that’s inexcusable.

Great customer service and communication by all staff. Would recommend to anyone needing assistance. I have specifically had great experiences with the behavioral health pavilion and their staff!
I had surgery there years ago and it was a great experience. I am now preparing for surgery again there. my only complaint is with my dr's office surgery scheduler. it would be GREAT if she would return my 2 calls. I am in pain most of the time now and I need to have my questions about surgery answered promptly.
I was sent to emergency by medcheck urgent care, after enduring degradation by the family doctor there, because the level of pain I was in "for no reason at all" could only be treated at the hospital. So I go... to only be sent out the same doors without having had my pain reduced. The nurse told me it was Dr. McGoff's choice not to treat me.
