Terrible communication, Terrible follow-up- basically none, no help or support - that's all before even being seen . Zero call backs. Just worthless over all - experience - suggest not wasting your valuable time.
I really had a bad experience. I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance for kidney stones, I have never experienced pain before like this. I was left laying in a room screaming and crying for 17 minutes. When the doctor entered my wife asked why I was left with no attention for 20 minutes, the doctor shot back saying it was only 17 minutes. Nurse treatment wasn't horrible, but wasn't happy with urgent care. I received a follow up call, where a gentleman asked me to explain why I was unhappy, after doing so, he immediately s... read more
